What to Expect
Every other week, we gather for a mindful, explorative walk in nature.
First 30 Minutes: Quiet Reflection
Start in peaceful silence to ground into the moment. Tune in to the sounds of nature, feel the earth beneath your feet, and simply be.
Second Half: Your Choice
Join me for a practice, playful movement, or mindful exploration!
Connect and share a practice and your magic with others!
Continue your walk solo, following your own rhythm and curiosity!
Each walk is unique—whether soaking in stillness, grooving through the woods, or simply wandering, the experience is yours to shape.
I would love this to be a space where we can let go of the outside pressures and stay embodied. I therefore invite everyone to keep verbal conversation to a minimum and please don’t use your phones!
Practical Information
Date & Location: Every second afternoon, Forch/Küsnacht/ZH Forests (details shared in our WhatsApp group).
Exchange: CHF 10 donation (or what feels right for you - tea and snacks and skills are also welcome).
